Shipping Areas

We currently ship to the following regions:

  • Ontario
  • Quebec
  • Major Cities: Toronto and Montreal

All shipments are handled via UPS Express (Next Day Delivery Guaranteed), ensuring your fish arrive as quickly and safely as possible. We offer the lowest rates in Canada!

Important Notes on Shipping

  • Remote Locations: Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee on-time delivery to remote or inaccessible areas. If we determine that shipping to a location presents too much risk, we reserve the right to decline the order to protect the well-being of the fish.
  • This policy ensures that the fish are not subjected to unnecessary stress or risks that could jeopardize their health.

Live Arrival Guarantee

We are proud to guarantee live arrival for all our fish.

To Validate Your Guarantee:

  1. If a fish arrives DOA (Dead on Arrival), take two clear photos of the fish in the unopened original bag.
  2. Submit these photos to us within 2 hours of the posted delivery time (UPS tracking timestamp).
    • Contact us through our website’s “Contact Us” page or via direct message at @emma.134529 (Ottawa Guppy).
  3. Claims submitted after this timeframe or without proper evidence will not qualify for a refund.

Refund and Replacement Policy

We strive to ensure your fish arrive healthy and thriving. However, in the rare event of a loss during shipping, here’s how we handle refunds and replacements:

Refund Process

  • Maximum Refund: I will refund up to 1 pair of fish for any losses during shipping.
  • Example Scenarios:
    • If you ordered 2 pairs and 1 pair arrived DOA, I will refund the cost of 1 pair.
    • If you ordered 4 pairs and 2 pairs arrived DOA, I will either refund 1 pair or, depending on the cost, replace or refund both pairs.

Replacement Policy

In the case of a total loss (all fish DOA), I will provide a replacement shipment.

Fairness First

I always aim to be as fair as possible in addressing any issues. Fortunately, DOA occurrences are extremely rare due to our next-day delivery system and careful handling.
